Dozens of UKMs Will Participate in 2015 Annual Coastal Festival

In welcoming the 2015 Annual Coastal Festival, the North Jakarta Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and Trade (KUMKMP) Sub-Department has involved around 25 small and micro enterprises (UKM) in the festival that will be held on June 13-14, 2015, in Rumah Si Pitung, Marunda, Cilincing.

There is no levy charging, but free of charge

Of the 100 provided stands, 50 of them already booked by Tourism and Culture Sub-Department, 25 stands by UKM from North Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-Department, and 25 stands by UKM from Cilincing Sub-District as host.

Coastal Tourism Popularity Will Compete Puncak

“25 UKMs from Cilincing Sub-District is joined in stands belong to North Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-Department. But there are still 25 other stands consisting of 12 culinary sellers and 13 non-culinary sellers, which are the ration of KUMKMP Sub-Department,” Head of North Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-Department, Bangun Richard, Thursday (6/11).

Richard added in the festival, those UKMs would offer their featured products, either it is culinary or non-culinary products.

Later on, the obtained profit will not be charged a levy. “There is no levy charging, but free of charge,” he stated.
