"We apply shifting system with minimum 10 to 20 personnel," eh added.
One of the Ragunan Zoo visitors, Sobari (46), appreciated the personnel alertness especially the smoothness of traffic, location security, and parking.
"They are friendly to us. Thanks for it," he admitted.
