South Jakarta Mayor, Syamsuddin Noor instructs that salary of all janitors and inner security guards serving under South Jakarta Administration, refers to Provincial Minimum Salary (UMP).

The mayor instruction suddenly makes hundreds of janitors and inner security guards happy. Syamsuddin hoped, standardization of the salary could improve their work ethic.

"All janitors and inner security guards should work serving citizens maximally," said Noor, Wednesday (6/17).

According to him, they deserve to obtain equal rights as their peers affective do in private company. "Private company could be a good model to be applied in South Jakarta Mayor environment," he explained.
