The Jakarta Provincial Govenrment through Social Agency continues to enhance community welfare by distributing social assistance funds through Jakarta Eldery Card (KLJ), Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ), and Jakarta Child Card (KAJ) programs.

The disbursement of these programs commenced on April 25, 2025, with each beneficiary receiving Rp 300,000 per month. This month, the total of beneficiaries reached 142,409 people, consisting of 114,918 KLJ recipients, 14,023 KPDJ recipients, and 13,468 KAJ recipients. The allocated budget for this initiative exceeds Rp 42 billion.
Jakarta Social Agency Head, Premi Lasari, conveyed that the disbursement of KLJ, KPDJ, and KAJ is part of the city's commitment to accelerating poverty alleviation, particularly for vulnerable groups, such as elderly, people with disabilities, and children from underprivileged families.

In the future, the city government will conduct further verification and validation to select recipents for the next batch.

According to her, this step is part of efforts to accelerate poverty alleviation in Jakarta.
