City Council Holds Fit and Proper Test for Mayoral Candidates and High Officials

Jakarta City Council held for and proper test for several mayor, regent, and high officials candidate within the Jakarta Provincial Government. The test was held at Jakarta City Council Building, Friday (5/2).

Several officials attended the test were Seribu Island Vice Regent, M Fadjar Churniawan, who is projected as Seribu Island Regent.

Then West Jakarta Vice Mayor, Hendra Hidayat, who is projected as North Jakarta Mayor.

Next were South Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin, who is projected as East Jakarta Mayor. Assistant Deputy for Settlement Control, M Anwar, who is projected to replace Munjirin as South Jakarta Mayor.

Then Head of Public Relations and Protocol, Augustinus, who is projected as Jakarta City Council Secretary.

Jakarta City Council Chairman, Khoirudin explained the fit and proper test is based on letter submitted by Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung.

This process is part of the City Council's consideration of the proposal to appoint high-ranking officials within the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"The test is based on Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung's letter submitted to me," he stated.
