"This channel is built to minimize flooding in the rainy season," stated Pancoran Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit Head, Bowo, Wednesday (5/21).
He explained it was built along 180 meters using a 40x40-centimeter U-ditch.

He hoped that the work progress which has touched 80 percent could anticipate flooding effectively.
