We need to sit together with related agencies

Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Satriadi Gunawan said the solutions taken are not only controlling, but also considering humanitarian and sustainability aspects. He admitted that his side is now focusing on monitoring and supervising while cooperating with PPKUKM and Transportation Agencies.

"The controlling will not solve the problems. We need to sit together with related agencies to find the problems," he said, Tuesday (5/27).

Traffic Engineering Implemented on Jalan Pintu Besar Selatan and Asemka Intersection

One of the solutions that is being studied is relocating street vendors to fostering location prepared by PPKUKM Agency. But traffic engineering needs to be applied to ensure the location is flocked by buyers.

"This effort is expected to create a more orderly station environment, comfortable for pedestrians, and remain provide decent business space for street vendors," he stated.
