Job Fair in Kelapa Gading and Koja, 2,000 Vacancies Await You!

The North Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency (Nakertransgi) is currently holding a job fair, offering 2,000 vacancies, in the Judo Kelapa Gading Building, Jalan Kelapa Puan Raya, Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village and Remaja Koja Building, Jalan Balai Rakyat Raya, Tugu Selatan Urban Village.

This aims to facilitate job seekers in obtaining jobs

North Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-agency Acting Secretary, Dani Sudrajat said, the fair, which is being held today and will end June 18, 2025, offered vacancies in 38 companies engaged in various fields.

"This aims to facilitate job seekers in obtaining jobs that match their interests and the needs of the company," he stated, Tuesday (6/17).

He explained that training programs were also provided to increase the absorption of the workforce in Jakarta. They could also become entrepreneurs.

"Hopefully, those involved in the Job Fair today can find the employees they need. Let's make the Job Fair in Jakarta a success," he hoped.

Today's fair received appreciation from North Jakarta Economy and Development Assistant, Wawan Budi Rohman.

He hoped that it could absorb as many job seekers as possible to reduce unemployment in North Jakarta.

"It's unfortunate that many are still looking for jobs even though North Jakarta has many companies or industries," he explained.

North Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-agency Head, Noviar Dinaryanti uttered job fair in Kelapa Gading involved 20 companies and 18 companies in Koja.

She added that at the job fair, there were several companies conducting interviews with job candidates on-site.

"This lasts from 10 AM to 4 PM. Participants have registered through the link to avoid a queue of applicants," she explained.

One job seeker from Cilincing, Intan (28), expressed her happiness with the Jakarta Government's program that organizes job fairs at the sub-district level.

"This is very helpful, especially for me who has just lost my job. I hope there is a company that will hire me," she admitted.
