Gaspol Application, Satpol PP Ready to Serve Your Complaints

The Senen Sub-district, Central Jakarta, launched an application called Gaspol (Safe Movement of the Public Order Agency) as an innovation for community complaint services.

Resident complaints will be responded to more quickly

Central Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Tumbur Parluhutan Purba stated, the Gaspol application was launched to expedite the complaint handling process, which originally took a day, to just 30 minutes to one hour.

"Resident complaints will be responded to more quickly. This is our commitment to improving public services, especially social issues like people with social welfare issues (PPKS)," he expressed.

Supervision of Jakarta's 24-hour Parks Tightened

This application also relies heavily on collaboration with other stakeholders, such as the Social Sub-agency, army, police, and the related regional working units (SKPD/UKPD).

Senen Sub-district Head, Prasetyo Kurniawan assessed, Gaspol application is a positive step to improve the performance of Satpol PP personnel.

"Hopefully, ot can synergize with other applications so that residents can report more easily. This is also part of the effort to make Senen Sub-district more organized and safe," he hoped.

Senen Sub-district Satpol PP Head, Aries Cahyadi added the Gaspol application has started to be socialized to neighborhood units (RW) and community units (RT), as well as collaborating with Bhabinkamtibmas and Babinsa for more optimal reporting in the field.

"We also have a 24-hour command center at the sub-district office to respond to resident reports in real time," he added.

As information, people can access the Gaspol application through the link https://gaspolkecamatansenen.my.id. This application is also available on the app store platform for easier downloading by the community.
