Governor Pramono: Jakarta E-Prix 2025 in Ancol is Amazing!

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, watched the Jakarta E-Prix 2025 live at Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC), Ancol, North Jakarta, Saturday (6/21).

I see everything is going well

After watching the race, he expressed his appreciation for the Formula E electric car race.

He stated, the entire series of events has gone well. He believes that the spectators of this car race are also enjoying themselves.

"I see everything is going well, on time, and bringing joy to the people of Jakarta and Indonesia," he expressed.

This is the third race held in Jakarta and is a testament to the Jakarta Government's support for green energy and reducing pollution.

"Of course, it makes people enjoy, happy, and promotes green energy, as well as clean pollution, which is amazing," he added.

Moreover, this Formula E race shows that Jakarta is a global city, ready to host other international events. The Jakarta Government will support if the same race is held in Jakarta again.

"We'll support it," he exclaimed.

Regarding the decision on the continuation of Jakarta E-Prix in the future, Pramono stated the Jakarta Government and the organizers would discuss it further.

"We will discuss later whether to continue or not," he stated.

On this occasion, he also admitted to having met and chatted with the Formula E racers.

As information, as many as 22 world-class racers participated in the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC) 2025. In this race, the racers used the latest GEN3 Evo cars on a track that is 2.37 kilometers long.
