The Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry (Tamhut) Sub-agency has pruned 6,805 trees prone to falling across eight sub-districts from January to June 2025.

Head of Central Jakarta Tamhut Sub-agency, Mila Ananda, stated that out of 6,805 trees pruned, 1,419 trees were lightly pruned, 3,898 moderately pruned, 1,425 heavily pruned, and 63 trees were cut down.

According to her, this pruning was carried out in response to residents requests via letters, Citizens Quick Response (CRM) app, and one-stop integrated service (PTSP).
In addition to pruning, she added, from January to June 2025, her side also handled 243 broken tree branches and 188 trees that had fallen due to strong winds.
