PT Jakpro President Directoe, Iwan Takwin said, in its execution, he also actively coordinates with various stakeholders, including former residents of Kampung Bayam, to ensure that every step is inclusive and participatory.

He explained, the lively atmosphere was evident from the active involvement of residents in arranging their environment during this preparation period. Various activities were held voluntarily and collaboratively, such as building fish ponds, arranging land for urban farming, and managing open spaces to support sustainable living in the apartment complex.

He appreciated that the process towards this housing was proceeding well and with a spirit of collaboration. He believed, the synergy between residents and government agencies could boost public optimism.

He added this process was also accelerated with the support of various government agencies. The Maritime, Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Agency (KPKP), Water Resources Agency (SDA), and other related agencies were present and collaborating in providing infrastructure and fostering urban farming activities as a part of the future ecosystem of the apartment complex.

He added, Jakpro also continued to coordinate and communicate every development to residents openly. This reflected a commitment to creating decent, humane housing based on community participation.
