It's not just about providing housing, but also about building a better life together
PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) continuously ensures that all administrative processes are done following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) gradually, measurably, and in compliance with applicable regulations to ensure legal certainty for all parties.

Kampung Susun Bayam Becomes a Productive Housing SolutionHe explained, the lively atmosphere was evident from the active involvement of residents in arranging their environment during this preparation period. Various activities were held voluntarily and collaboratively, such as building fish ponds, arranging land for urban farming, and managing open spaces to support sustainable living in the apartment complex.
"It's not just about providing housing, but also about building a better life together," he expressed, Thursday (7/3).
He appreciated that the process towards this housing was proceeding well and with a spirit of collaboration. He believed, the synergy between residents and government agencies could boost public optimism.
"They not only wait but also participate in shaping their new environment. This is a real example of how a residence is not just a place to live, but a growing space built together, and of course, the process will always be updated," he explained.
He added this process was also accelerated with the support of various government agencies. The Maritime, Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Agency (KPKP), Water Resources Agency (SDA), and other related agencies were present and collaborating in providing infrastructure and fostering urban farming activities as a part of the future ecosystem of the apartment complex.
He added, Jakpro also continued to coordinate and communicate every development to residents openly. This reflected a commitment to creating decent, humane housing based on community participation.
"This process is concrete evidence that the development of the stacked village is not only about infrastructure but also a social process that is rooted and unites many parties. With the spirit of mutual cooperation and new hope, Kampung Susun Bayam is ready to become a symbol of community-based housing transformation in a global city like Jakarta," he closed.
