Central Jakarta Mayor, Arifin, Tuesday (7/8), visited and distributed aid to resident of RW 07, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang who were impacted by flood.

Karet Tengsin Urban Village Head, Hadi Ananda Suyuti, stated the four posts are prepared at RPTRA Intiland, Al Muhajirin Mosque, Karet Tengsin Flat, and RPTRA Segas.
"Thanks God the water in RW 07 has receded. We deployed PPSU to run the post-flood handling," he stated.
Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Abdul Salam explained various aids have been distributed to residents who have taken refuge, namely 100 blankets, 50 mattresses, 200 ready-to-eat meals, 80 family kit packages, 125 boxes of mineral water, and so on.
"The foods are distributed three times a day," he stated.
