"Employment and unemployment issues remain our concerns. Therefore, through the job fair, I hope we can reduce unemployment rate in Jakarta, especially in South Jakarta," he said on Wednesday (7/16).

Anwar also praised the job fair for involving micro, small and medium enterprises to promote their products and contribute to the local economy.

"Thanks to everyone who supported Job Fair Phase II in South Jakarta. Hopefully, job seekers can make the most of this opportunity," he expressed.

Head of South Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy (Nakertransgi) Agency, Syaripudin added, job fair is one of the Jakarta Government's efforts to connect employers with job seekers whose qualifications match the companies' needs.
