West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency provided population administration services for fire survivors at RW 02, Bukit Duri Utara Urban Village, Tambora District.

Duri Utara Urban Village Population and Civil Registration Unit Head, Fitria Damayanti said her side provided the service to ease fire survivors getting their population document back due to fire incident on Monday (7/21).
Fitria explained that in providing services, her side does not immediately print the documents at the fire post, but rather the applicant's data will be printed after receiving a lost report letter from the police.

"We remain optimize this service for 400 residents impacted by the incident," she admitted.
Meanwhile, one of the residents, Nur Zanah thanked the Jakarta Provincial Government for providing the services.
"Hopefully the printing process will go faster," she hoped.
