Kelapa Dua Wetan Urban Village Secretary, Akhmad Bakri stated the existing condition of the water channel was only 20 centimeters wide with a lot of sedimentation.
"The area was often inundated when heavy rain falls. Hopefully the channel improvement will eliminate it fully," he stated.
