Transjakarta Lakukan Langkah Cepat Atasi Kepadatan di Koridor 13

Transjakarta Takes Swift Action to Address Congestion on Corridor 13

PT Transjakarta apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by passengers on Corridor 13 (Ciledug – Tegal Mampang) due to significant congestion, especially during the busy hours in the evening to night.

We're continuously making maximum efforts to provide the best service

Transjakarta's Company Secretary and Public Relations Division Head, Tjahyadi DPM, reported congestion in the CSW and Tegal Mampang Bus Stop areas. Long queues of passengers at the CSW Shelter experienced significant congestion.

"After conducting an investigation, two main causes of severe congestion on this route were identified: the construction project of Pelawad Bridge 2 around Puri Beta and water accumulation with a height of 20-35 centimeters due to heavy rain and flooding in the Kreo area," he explained, Wednesday (8/13).

He explained that both factors directly hinder the smooth operation of Transjakarta buses, resulting in longer travel times.

Transjakarta has taken steps to address this situation.

Around 19 buses have been deployed to Corridor 13 with the following details:

• Addition of 12 buses from Corridor 1 (Blok M - Kota)

• Addition of 4 buses from Corridor 9 (Pinang Ranti - Pluit)

• Addition of 1 bus from Corridor 7 (Kampung Rambutan - Kampung Melayu)

• Addition of 2 bus units from Corridor 3 (Kalideres - National Monument via Veteran)

This effort is made to ensure customers are served and to parse congestion at the bus stop.

"We're continuously making maximum efforts to provide the best service and minimize the impact of this external condition. Transjakarta will keep coordinating with related parties to ensure that operations can return to normal as soon as possible," he stated.
