a dream come true for us and the local IPs
This work is realized through a collaboration between PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) with the Ministry of Economy and Creative Economy, the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, and Tale X in a creative program entitled "Maju dari Aku".
Pramono's Transportation Policy Appreciated at ASEAN 2025 ForumDeputy Minister of Creative Economy, Irene Umar, said that this collaboration is very special because it is carried out in the context of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence.
"This is the umpteenth time we have collaborated on mass transportation, previously we also collaborated on airplanes and trains," she said, Saturday (8/16).
Irene explained that this IP also serves as an invitation to the public to advance Indonesia, starting with small initiatives.
She assessed that displaying local IP on public transportation like Transjakarta will certainly make local art designers, as children of the nation, feel proud because their work can be seen by everyone.
"Today's collaboration is a dream come true for us and the local IPs. I would like to thank PT Transjakarta for supporting the creativity of the local IPs," she added.
Meanwhile, Welfizon Yuza, President Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta, expressed his delight at contributing to this program.
He explained that Transjakarta is not only a public transportation system but also a city infrastructure that can serve as a platform for creative economy players.
"We also have bus stops that were previously just places to wait for buses, but now our bus stops have been transformed into something that can be a meeting place, an event venue or a place for creative friends to express themselves," he explained.
He hopes that this collaboration, which will give Transjakarta a new color, will increase the number of public transportation users and make them happier to use it.
"Hopefully we can collaborate more in the future," he stated.
