Head of Jakarta, Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency, Syaripudin, said the agency has established networks, coordination, and collaboration with the disability community. This is to ensure the community's participation in all activities related to inclusive employment.

The agency not only maintains communication but also collaborates directly with various parties. City Opens Job Opportunities Both Domestically and Abroad

Moreover, the agency also prepares job fair for people with disabilities this year. Syaripudin added that his party is actively communicating with various disability communities in Jakarta during the preparation stage.

"We are communicating with the Disability Community in Jakarta to participate in the event by informing all members of the community about the event and providing input during the planning stage," he said, Monday (9/1).

Furthermore, the agency has also established a new policy regarding future job fairs. Every company participating in a job fair will be required to offer specific positions for people with disabilities.

"This is a concrete effort to ensure the active involvement of people with disabilities. The involvement of people with disabilities is still considered limited and needs to be strengthened," he stated.
