Provincial DWP Distributes Social Packages to South Jakarta Rainbow Troops

Deputy Chairwoman of Jakarta DWP, Sitha Afan said this activity is an appreciation to the rainbow troops in South Jakarta for the hard work, especially after the demonstration some time ago.

"There were 1,181 packages distributed to rainbow troops and other stakeholders such as Satpol PP, and South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency," she said, Thursday (9/4).

She appreciated the rainbow troops and other elements who had been at the forefront in restoring conditions in Jakarta after the demonstrations.

"Hopefully this assistance will be useful and can provide more enthusiasm for the rainbow troops in running their daily duties," she added.

Meanwhile, Chairwoman of South Jakarta DWP, Diah Anwar, stated the packages were distributed to Kebayoran Baru and Setiabudi Districts.

According to her, these rainbow troops have been cleaning Jakarta from the remaining trash, debris and other things in several public facilities, in order to make South Jakarta neat and beautiful again.

"Hopefully this will increase our concern for the people who play an important role in restoring Jakarta, especially South Jakarta," she hoped.
