Transjakarta Wins Two TOP GRC Awards 2025

PT Transjakarta demonstrates its consistency in maintaining and realizing good governance by bringing home two prestigious awards at the TOP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Awards 2025.

The first award received was the TOP GRC Awards 2025 #5 Star. This award is the highest, as Transjakarta applies principles of good governance, risk management, and compliance management in company management.

The second award was received by Transjakarta President Director, Welfizon Yuza, as The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025, recognized as a leader with a high level of commitment in supporting the completeness of systems and infrastructure, as well as the successful implementation of GRC in the company.

All Transjakarta Corridors Operating Again, Residents Happy

Transjakarta's Public Relations and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani, said this is the second time Transjakarta has received an award in the same category in 2024 and 2025. Transjakarta also successfully maintained the five-star rating for the TOP GRC Awards category for two consecutive years.

"We're consistently implementing the 3S, namely Services, Strategic Partnership, and Sustainability, which are the company's strategic framework to improve the quality of public transportation in Jakarta. Thank you to 1.3 million customers every day who have chosen Transjakarta as their daily mode of transportation," she explained, Tuesday (9/9).

She went on to say that this achievement cannot be separated from the support of the Jakarta Government and its ranks in providing excellent transportation services that are not only affordable but also ensure safety and comfort.

He added that this award serves as a motivator and our commitment at Transjakarta to continue ensuring transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulations in every business process.

"This is the result of everyone's hard work at Transjakarta, so that it could be realized," she added.

As information, the GRC Awards 2025 event has the theme "Resilience to Sustainability: Leading Through GRC" and is organized by Top Business magazine in collaboration with the Indonesian GRC Association, IRMAPA (Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association), ICOPI (Institute of Compliance Professionals Indonesia), and PaGi (Indonesian Governance Professionals Association).

This event is also supported by several business consulting firms, GRC, and academics from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Padjadjaran University Bandung.

Previously, all participants of the Top GRC Awards had completed the entire evaluation process, including being interviewed by the Top GRC Awards 2025 Jury Panel. The interview process was held from June 25, 2025, to August 29, 2025.
