PPAPP Agency Committed to Improving Quality Public Services

The Jakarta Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control Agency (PPAPP), launched the Integrity Zone and the signing of a joint commitment to realize a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) within the Central Child and Women's Protection Technical Implementation Unit (UPT PPPA).

This declaration aims to improve public confidence in the provision of protection and handling services for women and children that are quick, appropriate, transparent, free from discrimination, and of high quality.

It was marked by the launch session of the Integrity Zone and the symbolic signing of the Integrity Pact document by Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Iin Mutmainnah, along with all ranks of ASN and Non-ASN employees of Jakarta UPT PPPA, including Expert Staff, Service Staff, and PJLP.

Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Iin Mutmainnah stated, the signing of this Integrity Pact is a tangible form of commitment by the PPAPP Agency through UPT PPPA to improve the quality of public services.

"This is a manifestation of our shared genuine commitment to improve public trust through quality public services and as a form of commitment to work professionally," she expressed, in the Aula Room on the 3rd Floor of the UPT PPPA Building, Pulogadung, East Jakarta, Wednesday (9/10).

She assessed, the success of building the Integrity Zone can only be achieved through synergy, hard work, and the collective effort of all parties. Therefore, I invite all levels of UPT PPPA, both leaders and ASN and Non-ASN employees, to actively support the development of the Integrity Zone area, to realize Jakarta as an inclusive city that is friendly to women, children, and all other vulnerable groups.

He hoped that the inauguration of the Integrity Zone could also realize an UPT PPPA that is free from corruption, clean, service-oriented, and serve as a role model for the Integrity Zone area towards WBK and WBBM for other agencies.

"Let's work wholeheartedly, uphold integrity, enhance professionalism, instill a culture of honesty, discipline, innovation, and focus on providing the best service that meets the needs of the community in Jakarta," she added.

For your information, the launch of the Integrity Zone and the signing of the Integrity Pact document were witnessed by UPT PPPA partners, including representatives from the Ministry, agencies, NGOs, and regional apparatuses under the Jakarta Government.

At this event, the Integrity Zone Pledge and the Collective Commitment were also read aloud by all ranks of ASN and Non-ASN employees of Jakarta UPT PPPA.

The event continued with the presentation of the Socialization of the Development of the Integrity Zone towards WBK by Dody Taruna Dwiputra, Sub-Group Head for Bureaucratic Reform and Work Culture I, Bureau of Organization and Bureaucratic Reform, Jakarta.
