City Government Distributes Second Phase of KJP Plus to 707,513 Recipients

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung issued the announcement of second phase KJP Plus disbursement for 2025 fiscal year. The total budget allocated for this program reached Rp 1.61 trillion.

I already signed the second phase of KJP Plus

The disbursement targets 707,513 recipients. This number consists of 622,157 continued recipients from the first phase and 85,356 new recipients.

"I already signed the second phase of KJP Plus in accordance with the Governor's Decree Number 805/2025 about the amount and recipients of the second phase of social assistance for education costs for the 2025 fiscal year," he said, Thursday (9/11).

This program is a continuation of the distribution of educational assistance through the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus. Pramono explained that the funds will be disbursed in stages starting today through ATMs and provided savings books.

Here are the disbursement details;

- Elementary School/MI: 337,514 participants with total budget Rp 543 billion

- Junior High School/MTs: 191,000 participants with total budget Rp 415 billion

- Senior High School/MA: 60,000 participants with total budget Rp 211 billion

- Vocational High School: 112,000 participants with total budget Rp 436 billion

- SLB: 281 participants with total budget Rp 6.33 billion

- SKB: 2,692 participants with total budget Rp 4.84 billion

Pramono explained the difference in the number of KJP Plus recipients between the first and second phases. In the first phase, the number of recipients was 707,622, while in the second phase, the number increased to 707,513. This was due to the 85,465 previous recipients graduating from school and the 85,356 new recipients meeting the criteria.

"There are 109 new participants. Therefore, the actual number has not changed," he explained.
