The mobile service can reach the high-population residential area, such as at RW 01, Bangka Urban Village, Mampang Prapatan. In this location, the service can serve 10 people to process the birth certificate, distribute E-ID Card for 74 people, and record E- ID Card from 23 citizens.
"We believe it's effective, because we use jemput bola system (officers to take the initiative to visit citizens)," told Head of South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Sapto B Wibowo, Sunday (7/5).

"Don't worry, the service will operate as usual at the weekend," he expressed.
