The East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency is dredging the reservoir in Salix Park, Jalan Mufakat, RT 03/02, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung District.
East Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Kusmanto said the dredging has been running from August 2025 and is targeted to complete in December.

He appealed residents and visitors to maintain the cleanliness of Salix Park, including the reservoir area, so that it can be used according to its intended purpose and provide comfort.
"These watercourses and reservoirs must be free of human and animal waste. They must not be dumped carelessly into drains," he emphasized.
Meanwhile, Sub-agency's Head Section of Maintenance, Puryanto explained apart from being dredged, the reservoir area is also widened and the retaining wall is repaired along approximately 360 meters with a height of 2.5 meters.
"The existing retaining wall is severely damaged and prone to landslides. We are repairing it to prevent any untoward incidents," he explained.
