Meanwhile, Abdul Rasyid, Head of the Kelapa Island Nutrition Service Center (SPPG), explained that the nutrition kitchen serves 1,860 people. Operations are handled by 30 volunteers who work in shifts from Monday to Friday.
"We implement food safety standards and rotating menus according to nutritional guidelines, and create schedule deliveries so that food is still warm when it arrives at school," he explained.
In addition to prioritizing students, his side also provides food for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
"Hopefully, the MBG kitchen will continue to operate smoothly, providing free nutritious food," he stated.
