Stop Bullying, Brawls, and Drug Abuse Campaign Held in SMAN 22

Students of seven schools in East Jakarta attended the socialization and education of stop bullying, brawl, and drug abuse in SMAN 22, Utan Kayu Urban Village, Matraman District.

East Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin said the activity named Satpol PP Goes to School was participated by 700 students representing SMAN 22, SMAN 71, SMAN 103, SMAN 21, SMAN 9, SMAN 11, and SMAN 81.

"This activity is routinely held to educate students on how to help maintain order in their environment. This prevents them from engaging in negative activities such as brawls, bullying, drug use, and other activities," he said, Tuesday (9/23).

Head of East Jakarta Satpol PP, Budhy Novian explained this activity includes educating students about public order and regional regulations. Students are also invited to discuss efforts to create an orderly and comfortable environment.

"We encourage students to learn discipline, respect each other, and avoid drugs, bullying and brawls," he added.

Meanwhile, one of the students, Syukur admitted happy to participate the activity.

"We need to understand the importance of maintaining public order so that no one feels disadvantaged. As a student, I want to contribute to maintaining public order and avoiding negative things," he admitted.
