The ceremonial opening, led by ARSADA Chairman Zainoel Arifin, was centered at RSUD Budhi Asih, East Jakarta. Jakarta Secretariat Assistant for Public Welfare, Ali Maulana Hakim; Head of Jakarta Health Agency, Ani Ruspitawati; and Chairman of Jakarta PMI, Beki Mardani, also attended the event.

ARSADA Chairman Zainoel Arifin emphasized that RSUDs are not merely public facilities, but pillars of the nation's health resilience.
"This blood donation is not just a social activity but a tangible form of synergy and care from RSUDs for others. We will register the nearly 24,000 donors with MURI," he mentioned.
Event Committee Chairperson Dyah Eko Judihartanti stated that in Jakarta alone, 31 RSUDs participated with a minimum target of 500 donors each. Donors included healthcare workers, administrative staff, janitors, and hospital security staff.
In addition to blood donation, the 25th ARSADA National Seminar will be held on November 27-28, 2025, discussing strengthening the capacity and independence of RSUDs in the era of national health transformation.
Meanwhile, Jakarta PMI Chairman Beki Mardani appreciated the event, saying it greatly helps maintain the blood stock in Jakarta.
"The blood demand in Jakarta reaches around 1,200 bags per day. This ARSADA blood donation event is very helpful in keeping the stock safe," he conveyed.
