Euodia Malabi Sombe won gold medals in the women's rhythmic ball gymnastics event, and Ilisa Dahayu Wahyudi in the women's hoop gymnastics event. Another gold medal came from the women's rhythmic team gymnastics event, with a solid performance securing a top spot on the podium.

Meanwhile, Euodia again won a silver medal in the Women's Individual All-Around Rhythmic Gymnastics event.

Eko Pudjihariyanto, Chairman of the Jakarta chapter of the Indonesian Gymnastics Association (Persani), said that this achievement exceeded the initial target.

"The actual target was two gold medals. These gold medal winners were new participants in POPNAS. This is a brilliant achievement," he said, Tuesday (11/4).

Eko stated that the athletes' success was inseparable from the thorough preparation process that had been carried out over the past year.

Athletes have frequently participated in trials or tryouts for POPNAS over the past year, such as those in Cilacap and then in championships in Banten. The goal is to gain experience, hone their skills, and strengthen their competitive mentality.

"Jakarta is still targeting to add its collection of gold medals from the Artistic Gymnastics category to meet the target of five gold medals," he stated.
