‎BPK Gives Wrong Opinion to East Belitung

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama assessed that the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) had given a wrong report to East Belitung under the command of his brother, Basuri Tjahaja Purnama. Initially, the opinion given was reasonable with exceptions (WDP), yet corrected to a disclaimer.

Afterwards, he revealed that there was one of BPK members that saying there is printing errors, and East Belitung supposedly received disclaimer. “Someone told that my brother received misprinted book and then corrected to disclaimer,” he told.

Ahok cannot predict whether there is a political factor in giving the result opinion by BPK. Moreover, in the near future, the regional election will be held simultaneously. “I don’t know whether there is a political element or not,” he exclaimed.

As for the information, the city administration received the WDP opinion over 2014 financial report. Its achievement has been obtained in two consecutive years. The opinion itself is a derivative of the tenure of Fauzi Bowo who received reasonable without exceptions (WTP) over 2012 financial report.
