The water channel repairs are carried out using river stones with a thickness of 30 centimeters at the bottom and 20 centimeters at the top. The height of the retaining wall is adjusted to the existing ground conditions, estimated at around 80-120 centimeters.
"The work is targeted for completion by the end of this month," he added.
Meanwhile, Head of RT 08/05, Makasar Urban Village, Zulkilfli admitted residents appreciated the quick response of water channel repair.
