This is a much more advanced step
Pramono emphasized that the Jakarta government is committed to providing comprehensive facilities for the residents of Kampung Tanah Harapan.
"I have already asked the Development Assistant and Government Assistant to promptly prepare and improve matters related to the drainage system as there are often floods here, roads, legal aid posts, and others," he expressed.

He explained that the naming of Kampung Tanah Harapan is expected to reaffirm the presence of the Jakarta government, especially regarding various social assistance programs such as KJP, KJMU, diploma forgiveness, legal aid posts, the establishment of the Merah Putih Cooperative, and others.
This Kampung Tanah Harapan consists of six RW spread across three urban villages and two sub-districts. There are three RWs that have never been touched by development.
"In 2026, we will carry out water drainage improvements, road repairs, provide gate signs, and so on," he added.
According to him, the name change of Kampung Tanah Harapan does not require administrative changes such as ID cards or other population documents.
He added that residents who previously hesitated to arrange for Umrah or Hajj departures can now do so more easily because the government has ensured access to the administration.
"This is a much more advanced step," he added.
He has also requested PAM Jaya to immediately enter Kampung Tanah Harapan to meet the community's clean water needs.
Aside that, the Jakarta government also provides various forms of support such as fire extinguishers, assistance for MSMEs, CCTVs, and other facilities.
"So once again, hopefully life in the Tanah Harapan with the new Governor's decision will become much better," he concluded.
