Governor Pramono Inaugurates Rasamala RPTRA in South Jakarta

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung re-inaugurated the renovation of the Rasamala Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) in Menteng Dalam Urban Village, Tebet Sub-district, South Jakarta, Tuesday (12/9).

Such inauguration is concrete proof of cross-community collaboration with the Jakarta government.

"I am truly happy today, as a tangible proof of the togetherness between a church foundation and the Rasamala RPTRA, Menteng Dalam Urban Village, Tebet Sub-district," he expressed.

This Rasamala RPTRA has been renovated due to the establishment of cooperation with the support of the Jesus Christ Foundation's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the Holy Saints of the Last Days. 

The facilities now available are more complete and diverse, including a children's playground, futsal field, reading corner, integrated health post (posyandu), waste bank, mushroom cultivation area, and greenhouse.

"This is a form of good cooperative coordination that is very beneficial," he explained.

He went on to say that the park was actually inaugurated during the previous governor's term, but its condition had long required renovation.

They also aim to revitalize around 300 RPTRA. Hence, opportunities for collaboration with various parties are open, including foundations, companies, and others to provide more comfortable and safe green spaces.

"We are open, whoever wants to collaborate on improvements, we are happy to do so," he explained.

He hoped that this revitalization could provide benefits and improve the quality of life for residents.

As information, the Rasamala RPTRA was built on April 29, 2016, on a 1,800-square-meter-wide land and has a building area of 188 square meters. This park is located on Jalan Rasamala 3, RT 003/RW 013, Menteng Dalam Urban Village, Tebet, South Jakarta.
