City Creates a Conducive and Adaptive Business ClimateThe Jakarta Provincial Government is open to collaboration in any activity, including cultural, sports, arts, business, and other activities.
With the enactment of Law Number 2 of 2024, Jakarta is now transforming from the nation's capital into a global city. Therefore, Jakarta's perspectives and policies must also adapt to global standards.
Pramono also recounted how Jakarta faced the challenge of a Rp 15 trillion cut in Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) from the central government. Rather than protest, the Governor saw this as an opportunity to develop Jakarta through creative financing innovations.
"With its Pullman and Wisma Nusantara KLBs, this is the fund I used to build Jakarta today," he admitted.
The Jakarta Provincial Government is also innovating to increase regional revenue through the naming rights policy. Furthermore, Pramono is implementing digital innovations through competitions at various shopping centers.
"So once again, innovation and collaboration are the key," he stated.
