"Our focus is to ensure that garbage does not accumulate, that water channels continue to function optimally, and that the environment of residents affected by flooding can be cleaned quickly and in a coordinated manner," he said.

The agency has also prepared various facilities and infrastructure to support these efforts, including 101 garbage trucks, 116 heavy equipment units, 15 rubber boats, as well as 25 toilet buses and 48 portable toilets.

In addition, thousands of work tools are also prepared, such as 1,369 garbage rakes, 1,235 hoes, 1,329 brooms, and 7,836 sacks or garbage bags.

"All of our personnel and fleet are spread across 25 flood-prone locations to expedite waste management while maintaining the city's drainage function," he added.

Field personnel are also equipped with supporting equipment such as floating cubes, toilet buses, water tanks and portable toilets.

"Through this alert system, we strive to prevent trash from clogging waterways and maintain the smooth flow of rivers, thereby effectively mitigating the impact of flooding. We hope that residents can quickly return to their activities in a safe and clean environment," he stated.
