A billboard in Harmoni area, Gambir, Central Jakarta is about to demolish since it allegedly violates the white area regulation.

Head of Central Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-department, Dedy Widaryawan acknowledged that the billboard permission is still being processed.
“On that Friday (7/10) night, when we wanted to demolish it, the owner suddenly came and showed us the certificate from One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP),” he said, Wednesday (7/15).
No More Cigerette Ads on BillboardsWidaryaman added that his side had a coordination with BPTSP regarding the permission assessment. The billboard must be demolished if the permission is denied by BPTSP. Otherwise, if the permission is issued, then BPTSP takes the responsibility.
“The owner proposes dispensation for two weeks, but we only give a week. We will execute it post Eid-ul Fitr,” he disclosed.
