Citizens Complained About Limitation Service in South Jakarta PTSP

Citizens complained about the reception file limitation for processing business permit (SIUP) and Company Registration (TDP) in One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in South Jakarta Mayor office. Because, it is considered limiting time for processing of file proposed.

In East Jakarta, incoming files are not limited as long as at working hours. The quota should be more

"I only know that SIUP processing here is limited for 50 files only. So i came here in the early morning," said Hariadi (41) who got serial number 4, Wednesday (7/22).

Whereas, he continued, based on his partner's information, there is no such limitation in East Jakarta PTSP. Incoming files will be accepted as long as at working hours. "In East Jakarta, incoming files are not limited as long as at working hours. The quota should be more," he hoped.

City Administration Opens PTSP in Shopping Centre

Head of South Jakarta PTSP Luh Lely justified such limitation. "It's only our way to encourage citizens for using online registration. So we limit it into 50 files in manual," she explained.

Therefore, Lely instructed all staffs to hold socialization to citizens who want to process it thus they will use online registration.

"We direct citizens gradually. As they don't need to come to register, the completion within 3-4 days as well," she told.

Online registration for SIUP and TDP can be accessed at bptsp.jakarta.co.id. And the applicant also obligate to attach files which are the same with manual registration.

"The files are scanned, if they are not complete, it cannot be continued as same as in manual. But when taking, it also requires the real files and come directly," she asserted.
