Ahok Wants PTSP Staffs' Performance Increased

Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) expected for enhancement of  one-stop integrated service ( PTSP) staffs in Jakarta. Even when serving,  he expected the staffs have the spirit like a pander who does not want to lose customers. 

I hope staffs of PTSP in Jakarta could be like a pander. Our staffs who should approach the customers

The spirit which Ahok means is a form of totality service. That is, everyone who comes to process any requirement in PTSP should be served well thus they feel satisfy. 

He remembered, when he and his father was intending to buy hard top car in Pecenongan, Central Jakarta. At that time a number of panders approached and offered find car service to his father. Even, They were brought around Pecenongan by the pander. But after a long time looking for the car, they finally found hard top car that they want to buy in Jatinegara, East Jakarta.

"I hope staffs of PTSP in Jakarta could be like a pander. Our staffs who should approach the customers," he expressed, Wednesday (4/1). 

Based on the story, he hoped the staffs can apply the panders' spirit. That is approach and give the best service for citizens. 

"The pander was willing to call who's selling. After searching around Pecenongan, finally we found it in Jatinegara instead," he joked.
