Jatinegara Residents Complaining KJP Funds Disbursement

Hundreds of Jatinegara residents, East Jakarta queued to disburse fund of Jakarta Smart Card of Bank DKI cash office in Jatinegara Sub-District, Tuesday (7/28). However, they were disappointed as they could not disburse the fund. Considering, they were asked by the Bank staff to visit Jakbook exhibition and 2015 Edu Fair which take places in Senayan, Central Jakarta. 

I have queued since this morning, even i also came here yesterday but still not being served

Yus (50), a resident of Penggilingan, Cakung claimed arrived in the office around 6 AM. But she was still not served until 2 PM. 

"I have queued since this morning, even i also came here yesterday but still not being served. The fund cannot be disbursed instantly yet it should be in form of stuff. And we have to go to Senayan to get it," she expressed. 

City to Cooperate With Book Publisher

Laila, (35), another resident stated by visiting Senayan, it automatically needs additional charges. It cannot be sure her kids will like the schools stationaries that will be bought. Moreover she got a news that the school stationaries sold is precisely more expensive than sold in traditional markets. 

"Now, the KJP fund is hard to be disbursed. Formerly, it could be disbursed via ATM (automated teller machine). But now it can't," expressed Laila. 

So far, there is still no official information from the Bank. The staff are also reluctant to give a comment. 

Head of Jatinegara Sub-District, Syofian Taher stated the residents' queue who want to disburse the fund has been happening since last Monday. "The fund is supposed to be disbursed immediately. But according to the information, the KJP fund cannot be disbursed via ATM anymore," he finished.
