East Jakarta Administration will hold Betawi Culture Festival in East Flood Canal (KBT) sluice gate, Malakasari Urban Village, Duren Sawit Sub-District, on Friday (7/31).
This festival is intended to entertain citizens as well as preserve Betawi culture
The plan, the festival that will take place from 7 P.M until 10 P.M will be opened by East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana.
Betawi Culture Festival to Enliven Jakarta, Be There!Various Betawi arts will be featured in the festival such as mask dance, zapin dance , ondel-ondel, reog, jaipong, gambang kromong, until the dangdut music performance.
"This festival is intended to entertain citizens as well as preserve Betawi culture," told Eric Phahlevi Zakaria Lumbun, East Jakarta Economy and Administration Assistant of East Jakarta, Thursday (7/30).
