7 days ahead Independence Day, as many as 150 Central Jakarta Satpol PP personnel starting to standby in Tugu Proklamasi (Proclamation Monument) on Jalan Proklamasi, Menteng.

As planned the monument will be a center activity of independence day activity held by the City Administration.

"We standby guarding Tugu Proclamation thus street vendors will not get in. All have to be clear until the day," said Head of Central Jakarta Satpol PP, Yadi Rusmayadi, Monday (8/10).

Besides that, Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department has also dispatched dozens of officers and towing cars on the location.

"Our officers will be dispatched as needed. We also prepare 15 motorcycles of quick reaction team and towing cars," told Head of Supervision and Controlling Section for Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department.
