The connecting channel on Jalan Palem, RW 10, Tugu Utara Urban Village, Koja Sub-district, North Jakarta is full of mud and trash. This condition eases water to flood the road up to 10 cm of height.

This condition is surely complained by local residents around the area. They requested related agency to dredge the channel along 1.5 km. Budi Santoso, Vice Koja Sub-district, admitted that the road around the channel is often flooded. Moreover, citizen's building in form of kitchen and living room are built above the channel.
