BPTSP Jakarta Served 518 Permission

Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP) had served 518 permission files proposed by citizens, and 66 out of them were accelerated.

Jakarta BPTSP Head, Edy Junaedi said, his side applies 2 systems namely zero delay in order to create no delayed file, and zero complaint to prevent complaint from resident.

"We always monitor all of permissions which being processed and we will handle it rapidly. Moreover, all residents who process permission here will fill the survey box which updated routinely," told Edy Junaedi, Tuesday (8/18).

He added, One Day Service (ODS) in city level could handle some permissions such as Building Permit (IMB) of residential home on empty land with special requirement, small business license (SIUP), and Company Registration Certificate (TDP).

Then for provincial level, he continued, there are 10 permission types that could be handled in the office. 60 percent of the 10 permissions are related with spatial planning, and other services are SIUP, Foreign Worker permit, and Construction Services.

"These services have more proportion than other permission service," he uttered.
