"In regulations of public order, the dorm's owners should keep the order. As those things could cause chaos, nest of drugs transaction and use, also prostitutes," he explained.
He added, his party has coordinated with Satpol PP, sub-district and urban village thus the dorm owners obtain business license. "The owners are suggested to process the license and selectively accepting the occupants. Then we just need to survey and observe the building feasibility," he disclosed.
