Jakarta Provincial Government continues to build oil and gas infrastructure project in Jakarta. This action gets support from PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) as state-owned enterprises (BUMN).

One of projects that will be worked is gas pipeline procurement in 9 flats. 2 of them are located in North Jakarta, namely Sukapura and Marunda Flats.

280 Units in Marunda Flat Now Powered with Natural GasSeparately, Head of North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Tuti Kurnia uttered residents living in 500 units of Marunda Flat have used the service since last September.
According to her, they only need to pay Rp 3,000 per kilogram for gas or Rp 30,000-Rp 35,000 per month.
"By using PGN gas, they could save thousands rupiah compared to buy 3 kilogram gas by Rp 16 thousands," she told.
She also explained the PGN gas is more efficient, eco-friendly, and safer.
