Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) intends to build a flat as high as 16-18 floors in Kampung Pulo, Kampung Melayu Urban Village, East Jakarta.

He added after the flat is made, the occupants will only need to pay Rp 300,000 per month or Rp 10,000 per day.
"They could live there permanently and only need to pay maintenance cost. I would subsidize them and will repair if there is any damage," he uttered.
