As much as 16 buildings standing on a sidewalk of Jalan Boulevard Timur Pintu 1, Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, demolished. It is done due to those violated the Bylaw No.8/2007 on Public Order.

Head of Kelapa Gading Sub-District, Musa Syafrudin acknowledged most of buildings are used to as restaurant, stalls and others.

The demolishment went smoothly by engaging 30 joint officers of Satpol PP and Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU).
“After demolishment, we’ll deploy Infrastructure and Public Facilities officer to dredge the channel,” he explained.
