City to Accelerate E-Catalog Expenditure

To overcome budget absorption problem, City Administration will continue to accelerate direct expenditure either through auction or self-managed.

In addition, other measures is to accelerate the e-catalog expenditure in respective Regional Working Unit (SKPD/UKPD).

Vice Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said 1,500 packages has entered the auction stage worth of Rp 26 billion.

Hidayat acknowledged, the absorption problem shouldn’t be seen from City Budget (APBD) only. However, over the duties and responsibilities that have been done by Regional Working Unit.

"When the main task of the government has done, it shouldn’t be judged from its budget, but its main task and responsibility, what we can give protection to those who are weak," he expressed, Monday (8/31).

In addition, City Administration is focusing on improving services to public, both in terms of health, education, social and cleanliness.

“The more substantial thing is whether we able to provide best service to public or not,” he disclosed.
