About 160 traffic signs that spread in East Jakarta need repair as they have been dull and covered by trees.

" The traffic signs are not broken, but dull and covered by trees. I've instructed the person in charge on the field to coordinate with the Parks Sub-Department ," said Head of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Bernard Oktavianus Pasaribu, Monday (8/31). 

Pasaribu told his party will replace the panels, and as coordination result with the park sub-department, we will conduct tree-topping. It is ensured, those signs will start being repaired in October. 

"Yesterday, the budget was not in accordance with survey in the field, thus we proposed a revised budget draft, thus it could be reduced, and the repair could be done immediately. It will be started in October, as it's urgent thus it won't take long," he disclosed.
